Milad-un-Nabi or Maulid is the birthday celebration of Islamic Prophet Muhammad and is celebrated by Muslims as Eid-e Milad. Prophet Muhammad revealed the holy Quran thats his teachings are remembered by people on this day. Tragically, this is also the death anniversary of Prophet so the kind of celebrations are not as beautiful but its a light celebration with Quran reciting, sermons offering, feast, Sandal rite ceremony and few more. So, jashn e eid milad un nabi is going to be on Friday, 26th February 2010.
